11. Compliance with PDPA and App Store Standards

In accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Apple’s App Store privacy standards, Jetters Incz. is committed to:

  • Obtaining clear, informed consent before collecting, using, or disclosing any personal information.

  • Providing users the right to withdraw consent and ensuring all requests are processed promptly.

  • Ensuring data accuracy, limited retention, and secure disposal or anonymization after use.

  • Guaranteeing data portability, allowing users to request their data in a structured, commonly used format.

  • Complying with mandatory data breach notification requirements, including notifying users and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) within three business days of a notifiable breach.
